I researched her profile....(she also enjoys 😍Herbalife and has her own fitness bar)... Herbalife has been part of my nutrition plan for many years.
I messaged her, we met for conversation, I talked, she listened. I have worked out for many years, but had fallen off the wagon for several months. We all need that one person to be accountable to. Again...Coaches are no different!!!

“Before you assume plank position, there are a few form tips you should keep in mind. "Think about sending your belly button toward your spine," Fasano says. Also, make sure you're squeezing your butt and quads. That's something people don’t think about but it's super important. Engaging the butt and quads is going to help you tuck the pelvis under, which will prevent your hips from flying into the air. Once your hips come too high, you’re going to lose the core activation.”
“In a perfect plank, your ankles hips and shoulders should be in a straight line, but a modification if your lower back hurts at all is to raise your hips an inch or two as Fasano demonstrates in some of these moves. It'll take some of the pressure of your entire core, including your lower back, so you can avoid straining those muscles.”

Chocolate Protein Muffins!

What a way to wake up your Valentine this week...loaded with all the good stuff and none of the bad...gluten free, vegan, flourless and refined sugar-free...this is sure to please!

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats divided
1 cup Whey chocolate protein powder*
1 cup mashed banana about 2 large bananas
2 eggs or 2 flax eggs
1 cup almond milk
1/3 cup cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips**
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Line a muffin pan with 12 muffin liners (or grease it).
3. Turn 1 cup rolled oats into a fine flour using a food processor (about 1 minute).
4. Pour your newly made oatmeal flour into a large mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir well.
5. Divide the batter equally among the 12 muffin tins.
6. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven when a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
7. Remove the muffins from the muffin pan and place them on a cooling rack for a few hours.
Recipe Notes
* Use plant-based protein powder for the vegan version. When doing so, reduce the amount of protein powder to 1/2 cup and the total amount of rolled oats to 1 1/2 cup. You will then process 1/2 cup rolled oats instead of 1 cup. This step is crucial as plant-based protein powder absorbs much more moisture than whey.
* Use chocolate chips according to your personal diet.
