Good reminder!

As the first month of 2026 comes to an end, we are reminded of God’s unshakable faithfulness - even in the smallest moments. January may have been filled with new beginnings, hopes, and challenges, but it’s also a time to reflect on the truth that God is already working in and through us, even when we can’t see the full picture yet.

In Philippians 1:6, Paul encourages us with these words:

“Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

This verse holds such deep truth: God has already begun a good work in you. It’s not about waiting for the perfect moment or measuring your success by your to-do list. The work God is doing in you is a process, a beautiful unfolding that only He can fully complete.

Perhaps this month didn’t unfold exactly as you imagined. Maybe you’ve felt moments of doubt, confusion, or discouragement. But I want to remind you that God is still at work in you. Even on the days that feel like “small steps” or “delays,” He is shaping you for something greater. His plans for you are steadfast, and His promises are sure.

As we close the first chapter of 2026, let us pause and look back, not with regret, but with gratitude for the ways God has already shown His love and provision. We can trust that He is using each season - even the difficult ones - to mold us more into His likeness, and to prepare us for the next chapter.

Let’s take a moment today to reflect on this truth: We are works in progress, but God is always working in us, through us, and for us. Trust that His timing is perfect, and He will see His good work completed in your life.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your unchanging faithfulness in this first month of 2026. We trust that You are actively working in our hearts, shaping us, and guiding us every step of the way. Help us to embrace the work You’re doing in us and trust that You will complete it. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
