I had the honor and a great time today talking with highschool sophomores and juniors about leadership, competition mentality, how our language affects our performance, and defining success.

This Saturday Night!

of on some thin ice. Have you used your fist to evaluate ice stability/integrity?!

The ice is nice in despite the temps! We found some long pitches of dry hero ice and some shorter sorty stuff to play on.

I enjoy the round-the-clock operations in the spring and fall. There are clear goals and obvious actions to take; it just needs to get done.

USA Ice Climbing has been leading the sport for years with female route setting crews at multiple comps per year.
