After a long fall and winter ATR will begin teaching classes once again. We now have a website where you can sign up and book your Idaho Enhanced Concealed Carry Class.

First class is March 28th, 2026 and you can sign up on our website at active-threat-response.com. Class will be held at Atlas Gun Range.

We will post our other classes as they become available such as our intermediate and advanced handgun , carbine and shotgun classes.

We have also launched a dedicated platform designed to help churches build strong, well-trained security teams and develop clear, effective safety policies. Our mission is to equip churches with the tools, training resources, and structured guidance they need to protect their congregations while preserving a welcoming and ministry-focused environment.

Please watch this video and pray for our friend as he is a good man! He is a true servant and has fought hard for our Country with multiple tours of duty. He’s a good father, friend and servant to our church family. He is now facing another kind of battle, and unjust legal battle.

Our friend was protecting our church and our children when his hand was forced to stop an unwanted male wearing a mask and hoodie over his face. The governing police department “Post Falls PD” and Post Falls City prosecutor has charged him with battery which has rocked his family and our church.

Our friend and student has been a part of the USCCA for many years and called them for help after being charged with battery. However, the USCCA abandoned this man in a time of need and refused to pay his legal fees or defend him.

Thankfully, our church stepped in to help his family with legal fees and believe he is being unjustly prosecuted!

In the midst of this happening, the good Lord answered our prayers and the company Right to Bear heard the news back east and will be stepping up to cover all legal fees with no strings attached.

As you know we have supported the USCCA in the past but can longer support this company as they abandoned our friend in a self-defense situation.

Over the last month, we have had several conversations with their president and ceo of Right to Bear and are very impressed. Both my partner and I have switched over to Right to Bear and are only supporting this company based on their faith, practices and principles!

I have had the opportunity to review the difference between Right To Bear and U.S. LawShield and they are still a better company than U.S. LawShield. It also looks like U.S. LawShield is heading in the same direction as the USCCA, which I can’t support.

Looking for 6-8 people to add to are dual weapons class. Pistol/ Carbine 7/19. Must have take our Idaho Enhanced CWP and familiar with their AR.
