Influence

What you say and do matters.

Who you surround yourself with matters.

What you watch matters.

What you listen to matters.

Who you follow matters.

What you read matters.

Who you’re in business with matters.

Be mindful and pay attention.

𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞,

You amaze me.

You have so much energy and excitement for life.

You’re determined to learn more every day.

You love unconditionally and are fully aware of how loved you are.

You say “hi” to everybody you see.

You are fearless and always wanting to try new things.

I love watching you explore this Island, chasing the birds, watching the whales, and running toward the waves without any fear at all. I hope you always chase your dreams and live your life as an adventure.

Your sweet innocence of youth is inspiring to me. Please never change. You, my child, are so special and I am so proud of you.

𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞,
𝐃𝐚𝐝.

“The biggest loss in the end is if we come out on the other side of this unchanged.” -

2020 was wild! We struggled hard. We learned a lot. We chose faith over fear. We dreamed. We built a home. We had so much fun. We experienced joy on a daily basis. My business thrived, I helped 45 families in their real estate goals. My coaching business took off and I’ve loved inspiring people to chase their dreams through coaching and training. — AND most importantly, we grew A LOT. 2020 was wild, it was hard, frustrating at times... but we are better off because of it! We are exiting 2020 stronger than we entered it.

Growth comes through adversity! Every challenge brings with it an equal opportunity to tap into our strengths and CHOOSE to grow.

What I know is this... God is still good and still on the throne. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. I’m so blessed for the wife I have in and the daughter in Hope Elizabeth.

I’m grateful for what 2020 taught us. I’m grateful for the growth that took place. And I’m grateful for the opportunities and provisions that came with it.

I am READY for more change and more growth in 2021! Let’s do this 👊🏼

My Monday Morning Thoughts ⬇️

Challenges reveal what’s inside of you.

Storms hit your weakness but bring with them the opportunity to stand in your strengths.

I chose a palm tree for this photo because I think palm trees are an amazing metaphor and example for our lives.

Palm trees can withstand the strongest of storms, but why? Because their root systems go down so deep, they take ROOT in a strong foundation and their roots do not stop growing until they FIND water.

How does this relate to us?

We ALL face challenges. And one persons “hard” may be different than another’s. But to each of us, the storms we face are remembered throughout our lives as some of the hardest things we’ve ever experienced. They knock us down, take our breath away, rob us of our joy, and sometimes take away people or things that we love.

They also come with the OPPORTUNITY to GROW. They bring the opportunity to choose to continue to plant our feet and dig DEEPER until we FIND water, until we find joy and life... until we find the lesson that leads to growth.

2020 has hit all of us at our core. And it has hit some of us harder than others. Some of us view it completely different than the next person. But the reality is, it has been hard for all of us to some extent or another.

We have a choice to make. Will we allow it to grow us, to build us up and make us stronger?
OR
Will we allow the roots of bitterness to grow and take hold of our lives, our minds, and our attitudes?

The CHOICE is yours.

A palm tree can only withstand the strongest of storms because it’s roots grow deeper and deeper until they FIND water... until they find LIFE.

How will you respond?

L A U G H M O R E

laughter is medicine.

It draws people together.

It triggers healthy physical and emotional changes in the body.

Laughter strengthens your immune system and boosts your mood.

Laughter helps fight stress.

The bible says in Proverbs 17:22 that a joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

In the world we live in today, it’s all the more important that we choose to laugh more with those we love.

2020 has had some crazy ups and some serious downs.

Regardless of what this world brings, two things are a constant.

1. God is good. He always has been and always will be good.

2. I am crazy blessed to have a beautiful wife and an adorable daughter.

My heart is full. I am forever grateful. 🙏🏼

Happy Birthday to my beautiful bride! There’s no one I would rather live my life with, be the mother of my kids, pursue Jesus with, and chase dreams with than you! Over the past year I’ve seen you grow in so many ways and I am so proud of the woman that you are! I’m praying and believing that 26 is a year for the record books! I can’t wait to see all that God does in and through you. Hopie and I love you are are so thankful for you. Thanks for being you, my love. Happy Birthday ❤️

Wow! What an honor to be invited to the event and recognized as one of the top 10% of real estate producers in North Idaho! and I loved spending time with friends and other agents at this beautiful home on Hayden Lake.
