If someone wakes up tired means that they used more energy than they were able to recover through rest. Many people has gotten used to feel tired and think it’s normal but it isn’t! It is like withdrawing more money from the bank than is put in, it might work in an emergency but not long term. The good news are that everyone can change this to the better.
