Also, tonight will be the last night practice is open to parents. Starting Monday night, it will be closed.

Reminder- nothing is mandatory, just a singlet ( of any kind) and wrestling shoes are required at tournaments.

🚨 Reminder 🚨

Pre-season open mat begin this Wednesday (Sept 9) from 6-8 at the Middle School wrestling room with Coach Dalton. This will continue on Mondays and Wednesdays until the regular season starts in Mid October.

This is a great opportunity to put in extra work and get a head start on the season. We will be focusing on technique and conditioning. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Exciting news wrestling family!!

We are going to have open mat starting September 9th and every Monday and Wednesday to follow 6-8pm until the official wrestling season starts mid- October.

The new gear store for this season is open till Sept 6th. If you order this first round your gear should be in by the start of season. Another gear store will open mid September
