A few Tips to keep in mind:
1. Due to the bag being very impact friendly it’s easier on the wrist than most bags. (When using heavier bags it’s important to have your wrist properly wrapped)
2. Keep both arms up and breathe with each punch or kick
3. Picture something that’s really ticked you off

• His tempo was very slow and controlled throughout the whole movement.

* The bar stay leveled throughout the set which showed proper core engagement as well as a proper initial set up

* The weight based off the overall effort was relatively easy so the next progression for this athlete would be a heavy standard barbell squat

3. Start off with reps to make sure no joint pain exist if comfortable transition to timed sets

A huge thank you to everyone who showed support and was able to attend the St. Baldricks event this past Sunday. It was truly an honor to watch so many incredible families smile through adversity and enjoy the day. The support of the whole community truly left me at a loss for words but I am extremely thankful I was able to share the experience. These families gave me a sense of perspective with kids as young as 2 years old battling cancer and a few who have already defeated it.

I have personally gone through the loss of a loved one due to cancer. It felt incredible to show my support for the families who attended the event, that have also experienced this loss.

A very huge congrats Michael McKay, who raised $1500 dollars for the event, as well as his incredible family for inviting me. Thank you for being so awesome guys. Check out some videos and pictures I took from the event! #KickCancersButt
