Sundays are our favorite we have open sparring at 12pm and go till 1. As we get closer to the next batch of fights we hope all our homies come out the beats on us.

We were working with will from a position he kept getting stuck in so we flowed through to see where we would end up... We found a new move in the process. flow coming soon.

fundamentals class is growing. Come try it out Wednesday at 7:45pm. He is focusing on the basics of striking and progression through the small details. This allows you to do a class with a slower pace where you can focus on getting each movement correct.
