⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES:
Athletes compete in the division based on their age as of September 21, 2024.
Athletes may compete up an age group, but 15U must bump up to PRO, not Pro/Am.
Example: A 14-year-old can compete in Pro but not Pro/Am.
If a 9-year-old turns 10 after the first league competition, they stay in 9U for the season.

Age group category for Youth and Veteran athletes is the age of the athlete on race day. Age group category for Junior, Senior and Masters athletes is the age you are on December 31st, 2024 (the age you turn this year). An athlete who is 15 years old on race day but turns 16 on or before December 31, 2024 will race in the Youth 14/15 category. An athlete who is 59 years old on race day but turns 60 on or before December 31, 2024 will race in the Veterans category.

🏋️‍♂️ Friday, October 18th – Open Gym:
There will be an open gym from 1 PM to 8 PM on the standardized Ninja Core Speed Training Course.
Drop-in Class: 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM for tips and tricks on the course
Cost: $25 per family or $20 for a day pass
Personal Training: Available upon request for an additional fee

🏃‍♂️ How It Works:
Each participant gets 2 qualification runs, with the best time recorded ⏱️.
The top 8 males and 8 females in each age group move to the Semi-Finals.
If 4 or fewer participants qualify, they move straight to the Finals 🚀.
Run order in Semi-Finals is based on preliminary times (8th place runs first, 1st place runs last).
In the Finals, the top 4 males and 4 females run again (4th place runs first, etc.).

The fastest time in the Finals wins the 🏆 trophy, and 2nd through 5th places receive 🏅 medals.

Top 3 times in the following age categories (10/11, 12/13, 14/15) will be recognized even if their times come from preliminary runs.
Top scores will be posted on Ninja Core Training's page as the fastest times on the USA 100M Course! 🔥

Schedule of Events: We have adjusted time schedule according to registered participants
8:30 am to 11:00 am: RULES begin at 8;30 am for Individual Runs for ages 5-12 (2 runs per person, 5-8 year olds will have a modified course and will go first )
Youth divisions 12 and under (5-8 and 9-12)
CHALLENGES open for best scoring from 9 am to 2 pm
11:00 am to 12:00 pm: Individual Runs for Teens and Adults (13 and up) and FINAL RUNS for top 3 youth male and female
12:15 pm to 2:15 pm: Team Relays & Family runs
2:15 pm: FINAL AWARDS and challenge competition winners announced
2;30 pm to 4:00 pm: RAIN EXPECTED but Open Play on the Course if not raining (Cost is $15 or $25 per family or free if member)

📋 How it works:
Everyone runs a preliminary run and gets two runs. Best score is taken. You can opt out of second run if you like your first run
Top 3 male and female in each category Youth 12 and under move on to finals. There are not many teens to have a finals but everyone gets 2 runs for top spots!
Top 3 race for the top 3 spots based on time.
Top 3 in each age group get medals and prizes for both male and female divisions. 4th and 5th also get medals and prizes
Top kids in ages 5-8 will get prizes after the wave is done.
Winner of challenges will be announced during the final awards.
For team events, each runner does 3 obstacles on the course for teams of 4
Teams of 2 split course however you like but do 6 obstacles each
For Family events, each runner does at least 2 obstacles minimum, and distribute the best way for your family!

Hello Ninja & OCR Fans!

We (from Ninja Core Training) are taking on a huge adventure to create a 100 Meter Obstacle Training Course in Colorado Springs at Lost Island Warrior Outdoor Gym. And we want you to be a part of the adventure…

We have invested quite a bit of money into the course, but we need your help to finish the course. This standardized course is being built all across the nation in Malaysia, Philippines, Italy, Spain, and Poland and we need one in the United States and we want to be the first to build an amazing one in the city of Colorado Springs for future World champions to train on. We have been to Belgium where Jaleesa Himka from Colorado Springs set a national and world record as a youth female at the age of 15 and we are recruiting Team USA for 100M, 3K and 15K to go to Costa Rica.

WE WANT YOU TO GET BEHIND THIS ADVENTURE If we can get at least 10 businesses to sponsor for $300, we would have the funds we need to finish the course to be ready by May 1st to train athletes through the summer to be ready for the trip to Costa Rica in August of 2024. We want to raise at least $3000 to get the rest of the course in place!
We want friends, family, businesses to get behind us to make this dream of training future champions for this event and possibly eventually part of the Olympics right here in the Olympic Training City of Colorado Springs!
