Behind the scenes:

Lysol, Microban, Clorox, Oh My!!! Courtney takes a lot of pride in the cleanliness of the gym. She wants every member to feel like they have a clean and safe place to workout.

Each time our Fitness Instructors make a Coaches Challenge workout, a lot of effort goes into it. They strategically put together exercises that will stretch and mold you into the person you want to be. See tomorrow! You won't want to miss it 😉
