Walking into 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ like…..
Right before the New Year is a great time to sit down and re evaluate the previous year. Did you accomplish all the goals you wrote down for 2022? Did you stick to your goals or let them step to the way side because unexpected things came up?
I love looking back at my goals from the previous year to see where I landed at the end of the year!
I’m not perfect, so do I hit every goal I wrote down at the beginning of the year? Absolutely not, but it gives me a good idea at what I could have done better and what I can focus on for the year to come. And check in with myself more often as well as hold myself accountable throughout the year.

By far, protein is the hardest macronutrient for individuals to hit the adequate amount they need daily.
👉🏼 Recommend daily protein intake for active adults ranges from .8-1g/lb of bodyweight
While supplements can be a great tool for getting you to your daily protein goal like protein shakes and bars, it’s always best if you can consume most of your macros through whole food sources!
The reason being that whole food sources naturally provide essential vitamins and minerals our body needs to properly function. Supplements definitely have a time and place to be consumed in your diet, for ease, convince, and those that struggle to hit their daily protein goals through food
