Kristian was referred to me after a disappointing microdisectomy resulted in constant pain when walking or standing. We started with a modified NLP to manage the atrophy and trauma in his back and have been building him up for three months. Results so far:
Squat 33=> 165
Press 27 => 87.5
Bench 70 => 145
Deadlift/Rack Pull 45 => 160
Total => +382.5
Most importantly, Kristian is back to doing things he likes and living the way he wants. Proud of his progress! reach out to us if you are interested in developing the strength you need for the life you want!
