Sublime Mountain Yoga

Hi All~

For those who don't know me, name name is Allison Fraser and on this page, I will share my yoga offerings! I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with LifePower Yoga (RYT 200hr) and the Kaivalya Yoga Method Academy (RYT 300hr). I am up for teaching all kinds of yoga, but my love is definitely rooted in Ashtanga and Vinyasa.

Starting this November, I will be offering in-person classes at the Black Forest Community Club!
