It's finally done. The first ever official sub 2-hour Marathon happened today in London.

Behind every great athlete is a coach who believed, guided, and gave more than just instructions. They pour time, energy, and heart into molding not only the athlete’s skills but also their character, resilience, and mindset. Coaches are mentors, motivators, and sometimes even life-changers. They give so much of themselves to see others succeed.

To all the coaches out there—thank you for your selflessness, dedication, and unwavering support. You shape not just athletes but also leaders and strong individuals for the future. 🙏

Kids Triathlon Summer Camp at Meadows Park Community Center.

Great day at the Kids Tri Camp kickoff at the Meadow Park Community Center.
These kids are super excited to learn about triathlon.
In the next 5 weeks, these kids learn how to "play" triathlon with swim training, bike safety and handling and running, finishing up with a mini triathlon at the end of the camp.
It was great to have 3 Olympians (Kevin, Haley and Mo) from Team USA, who answered questions and signed autographs. Kevin brought his silver medal from Tokyo with.

High Altitude Multisport Colorado Springs starts new kids/youth triathlon program in Colorado Springs.
Since I founded High Altitude Mustisport Colorado Springs it was my goal to provide an opportunity to bring the amazing sport of triathlon to kids.
High Altitude Multisport Colorado Springs was able to get a grand from USA Triathlon for 2024, and with the founding we were finaly able to start the kids/youth program.

The plan for the HAMCS kids/youth triathlon program is as follow right now, starting mid June.
Swim: Tuesday and Thursday 5-6pm (Cheyenne MT HS)
Bike: 1 x week bike handling/transition, 1 x week a bike ride
Run: Wednesday 6:30pm at the track + 1 x week on a trail
The program starts mid June and is supported by USA Kids Triathlon.

The 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials - Marathon are set for Saturday in Orlando. 60 of the qualified athletes ran their QT here in Duluth, and 147 have competed here at some point in the past 🏃🏃‍♀️
