Keep your training schedule as consistent as possible! It’s always ok to modify your plan on the fly or change the duration of your session, but avoid missing sessions for silly reasons like:

“I’m tired”
“I’ve had a long day”
“I’ve done so good the past two weeks, so I can miss this one”
“I’d rather go home and watch Netflix”

Etc….

Even if you have the best strength coaches using the best methodologies, techniques, and equipment to reach for your athletic goals…none of that matters if you don’t eat nutrient dense, well timed, and goal oriented food specific to your plan! Do you think muscle mass just magically stacks up without fuel?? 🙃
