Das Ding mit dem ich da drehe nennt sich Spinner. 😁 Damit kann man super Drehungen im Trockenen üben. Das Gleichgewicht/ Balance wird u.a extrem geschult. Finde das super praktisch. Damit kann mein sein MÜ Training auf jeden Fall bereichern.
3 Übungen:
1. Drehung mit rausbringen und Auslaufhaltung (versuchen so lange wie möglich zu drehen)
2. Salchow nachahmen mit Ansatz, Absprung, Landung und Auslauf
3. Rittberger nachahmen mit Ansatz, Landung und Auslauf
