Happy Mother’s Day to all the women in our community who truly embody what it means to be strong.

Today we celebrate the moms who show up every day, for their kids, their families, their work, and somehow still make time to show up for themselves too. The pregnant moms growing life while still grinding through class. The new & seasoned moms running on no sleep & bus schedules but refusing to quit. The grandmothers leading by example. The women carrying the weight of loss while continuing to move forward with strength and grace.

“Train Like a Mother” isn’t just about toughness in the gym. It’s about resilience, sacrifice, patience, discipline, and heart. Mothers do some of the hardest work in the world, and we’re lucky to have so many incredible women in this community.

We see you. We respect you. And today we celebrate you.
