We’re introducing a women’s-only self-defense class at our BJJ gym, held once a month hosted by Coach Riley!
This class is focused on practical, real-world self-defense with an emphasis on practicality and efficiency.
The goal is confidence and usable skills, not competition.

The first session will be held February 28th at RollArt jiu jitsu, 855 Garden of the Gods Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. Unit F

This class is open to women and girls ages 14+. Space is limited, so advance
RSVP is required.
Early registration is $20 through February 14.

Registration from February 15-28 is $25.
