Wanted to let family and friends know that mom has moved into a 2 bedroom apartment at the legacy oaks senior living in Azle, TX. She’s 20 min from me and the facility is awesome!
So happy for her to be able to be around people engaging in social activities daily, dancing, dinner, weekly trips… she has a pool, gym, fine dining( she’ll never have to cook again after 60+ years of doing it) She’s very excited about her new adventures ❤️. Here is her new address:

I wanted to let everyone know what a great time it was seeing everyone that came to the Family Reunion!! If you want to post or look at any pics go under the community part of the page and you will see them. We are working on the pics that Donn took and I will send via email so that you can download all of them!

A special thanks to Gerald Lynch for creating the slide show for this year! It was Awesome!!

Family Fun in Colorado Springs❤️❤️

I HOPE ALL OF YOU HAVE HAD A GREAT 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND!!! GOD BLESS OUR WONDERFUL UNITED STATES!!!!

Getting excited for cooler weather and seeing some wonderful family!! All the hotel reservations look good! If you still need to change anything please do so ASAP. I'm basing the dinner count on the people that I know are coming and have told me if they have additional people coming. Right now we stand at 32 adults and 2 children under 10.

The venue is confirmed and the final cost per person will be $35 which includes Italian buffet, soda station, taxes and gratuity. The child cost for 10 and under will be $15. The dinner venue will be on Saturday, July 27 from 6:00pm-12:00am. Dinner will begin serving at 7:00pm-8:30pm. Desserts at 8:00pm. I will need for everyone to bring cash or check payable to me( Donna Leif) so that I can pay the final bill that evening. Their will be a cash/credit card bar for our convenience. We are not allowed to bring any beverages onsite that evening. No one under 21 will be served.

We will have a computer slide show prepared by Gerald Lynch. Sound system with music and microphone. If you have a playlist you'd like played... bring it with you!!!

Those of you traveling by car if you can bring any extra folding chairs/ coolers/ portable grill for the pool area that would be great! HAPPY JUNE!

Looking forward to seeing you at the reunion!!! I think the majority of people have made their hotel reservations. If you haven't done so please make that a priority. I will be confirming the dinner venue and the menu in the next few weeks. Some of you have already given me your head count for you family. I'm still needing everyone to reply to this email so that I have a confirmed number. Once I give them the final number 10 days prior I cannot change or we will be billed for it. The cost will be around $25/person not including tax or gratuity. I will have a bartender onsite for you to purchase any cocktails you may like. Sodas, tea, water is included. Kids will pay 1/2 price 10 and under.

The themed buffet will be Caesar Salad with garlic croutons, warm garlic bread, vegetable medley, linguini and tricolor tortellini with basil tomato marinara and creamy alfredo, homemade beef lasagna, chicken parmesan, assorted cheesecakes, tiramisu, soda station.

It will be a awesome site and we can have the venue until 6-12 midnight. If you have any questions please let me know.
