Starting at CrossFit SoCo located in the new Lincoln Center on Cascade Ave, running a 3 mile looped course stopping at different locations including CrossFit SoCo to perform short and ever changing functional fitness workouts. Good Morning SoCo Running Club!! Announcement- we are unfortunately ending the run for the season as of today, so there will be no run this Thursday, Sept 28th. The weather for Thursday looks like todays, rain, cool temps, and soggy conditions = No Bueno!

Thank you for coming out and joining us this year, we hope you enjoyed it and we will for sure be back bigger and better next year starting in April or May. If you are not already a member of CrossFit SoCo and looking for a good solid program during the winter months definitely check us out. We have some great programs, a robust class schedule and open gym all day long. If you have any questions about our memberships just let me know.
