We’re still trying to process what happened on Saturday.

108 players.

A full course.

Countless volunteers.

An incredible community.

Together, we raised more than $16,000 before expenses in support of Cottonwood Creek, the game we love, and a celebration of Sam Marsh’s life.

This wasn’t the work of one person.

This was players showing up.

Disc Golf Church staff giving countless hours behind the scenes.

Friends, families, volunteers, spectators, and community members all pulling in the same direction.

The result?

A day none of us will ever forget.

The course looked amazing.

The energy was unreal.

And for one day, Cottonwood Creek became something special.

🚨 COTTONWOOD CREEK COURSE NOTICE 🚨

On Saturday, May 30th, Cottonwood Creek Disc Golf Course will be closed from approximately 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the 2026 Sam Marsh Memorial Madness / Master Doubles Charity Tournament.

We know many local players enjoy Cottonwood on weekends, so we wanted to give everyone plenty of notice.

If you've been thinking about playing the event, there are only 10 spots remaining and registration is nearly full.

If you're not playing, we highly encourage you to check out one of the many awesome courses around Colorado Springs for the day.

You're also welcome to stop by, spectate, cheer on the players, and help us celebrate Sam's life, community, and the course we all love.

Pull up to Cottonwood Creek and find your fit. Sunday Singles goes off at 8am, then Sunday Doubles tees up at 11am. All skill levels welcome, no pressure, just good throws and good people.
