Colorado has closed down all nonessential business and we are in that boat at Thirty3. My heart goes out to all that have been effected as we navigate these new waters. So, I’m getting back to where Thirty3 started, online. I’m rolling out some at home and outdoor programs at a discounted cost due to the many that are being financially impacted. ❇️Minimal Equipment Series ▶️ C1) Rack Row- Love this option for training the upper back, especially with higher reps. Body control is needed to perform the movement correctly and grip strength begins to be challenged. Because of this it make a good regression for training into the pull-up. All you need is a parallel bar of some sort and your good to go!

❇️Minimal Equipment Series ▶️ B2) Single Leg Deadlift - Another favorite lift to identify and correct left to right discrepancies in the hip hinging pattern. The whole body including the feet are working to provide stability throughout the movement due to the single leg stance. Making it a very functional way to develop strength in the hips. This is a sure way to get the glutes even more fired up for your bigger lifts with out needing a lot of weight to accomplish it.
