Way to go Trip!

🏆 MHSA Athlete of the Week: Trip Ross

Congratulations to Trip Ross, a senior at Columbia Falls High School, on being named an MHSA Athlete of the Week for September 7–13!

Trip put together an incredible all-around performance against East Helena, making an impact on offense, defense and special teams.

The senior running back rushed 27 times for 197 yards and 4 touchdowns, added 28 receiving yards and finished with 225 all-purpose yards. He also kicked two field goals, including the game-winning 36-yarder with just 4 seconds remaining to secure a 38-35 victory.

Trip scored 32 of Columbia Falls’ 38 points while also leading the defense with 11 total tackles at inside linebacker.

Off the field, Trip is a 4.0 student, a leader for his team and gives his time to youth football and track and field programs.

Congratulations, Trip! 👏🏈

The MHSA Athlete of the Week program is presented by Summit States Agency Group and Farmers Union Insurance.
