Led by Dr. Christina Payne, Dr. Melanie Seybt, and Ansley Westbrook, NTP, this session will give you practical tools to build strength, prevent injury, and thrive on and off the field.
✨ No cost to attend & open to ALL girls in 7th–12th grade—you do NOT have to be a student-athlete to participate! Parent attendance is encouraged, but not required for student-athletes to attend.

Congrats to our JV and Varsity Girls Tennis team who beat Dreher. Varsity Girls beat Dreher 4-3 with wins from Audrey Muir, Vivian Norris, and Emily McElveen.
