Hit a bit of a roadblock the last 9 months and haven’t been able to train to my fullest potential.
•
2nd legit chest workout in months, worked up to the 100s for 15. Not my best, but pumped to see strength and size come back so fast.
•
Now that I’m starting to feel better, I find the situation to be super interesting. Looking forward to sharing everything I’ve learned, from detailed bloodwork, to specific supplements, to very targeted nutrition. The body is resilient.

Here’s the first part of 600 x 20 before the plates fell off. I would definitely recommend high rep block pulls for upper back development - you’re able to overload your back AND work on your conditioning.
