Would you say you’re disappointed with these three last season considering all of the challenges and complications last season? 1. Being the Off. Coordinator not knowing how to play call. 2. Being the atrocious offensive line. 3. The Def. Line coach being out the entire season with injuries due to a car accident(luckily he is ok).

My opinion is that these guys fought their a** off against some of the best teams in the nation. People who said sellers gave up, I don’t think it was giving up so much as being exhausted and just trying to make the best of a situation. The guy was exhausted, running every play. I know the guy expects to be able to get away every play but he’s got to learn to throw the ball away. He does that and he’ll be fine.

On September 20, 2001, the South Carolina Gamecocks participated in the first major college football game after the September 11th terrorist attacks, playing against Mississippi State. The game was a patriotic event, featuring a massive American flag across the field, patriotic songs, and chants of "USA". The Gamecocks won the game 16-14, and the event is remembered as a significant step in America's healing process after the tragedy.
