Surround yourself with people that will show up when you need them! Friends are your family when you aren’t near. Tankful for so many people that are family nearby❤️❤️
It’s never too early or too late to lead a disciplined life. The most common mistake I see is overwhelming ourselves with too much volume in workouts, too extreme dietary changes, too little mental breaks.
Small amounts of consistent quality work in the gym and small amounts of consistent dietary and lifestyle changes work. These small consistent changes go so much further than extremes that are unsustainable due to injury and mental burnout.
Consistency is key!

I am so proud of this guy! Brad is our newest personal trainer addition to The Body Biz.
He’s down 32lbs in 10 weeks while becoming a great crossfit athlete doing L2 workouts while also taking our power hour classes to the next level. We are lucky to have you on board Brad!

This year’s winners were so difficult to decide! We had some really great results.
Brandon and I settled on Justin Bird as winner for the men and Jamie Dauw for the women!
Justin went from an impressive 22:00 to an even more impressive 21:12 5K time!
Jaimie Dauw dropped 3 minutes from her 5K time from 29:20 to 26:20. Their before and after pictures speak for themselves.
Way to go guys! Erin Daley and Hayden Hatten out in an impressive effort and were close seconds to the winners. Great work everyone!
Winners get a $455 check to be picked up in the athletes corner!
