Three years ago I began a fitness journey that has changed my life in so many wonderful ways. Now I You don’t have to go all-in with Insanity like we did.

This was after two workouts. I was DONE. Time for Sunday meal prep.

Today’s workout was just toning, no dancing. I stuck with the 6lb weights because it think we did this set a million times.

Day 2. Today’s was a little tougher. This is just a snapshot of the workout. Oh, did I mention there’s some Insanity mixed into this new dance program??

Shaun T has a new dance program. I gave it a shot today. I like to dance, but never took any dance lessons...and it shows. I loved it anyway!

With the exception of the olives and feta, everything in today’s lunch salad came out of my garden. Lettuce and tomatoes picked today, cucumber a few days ago and pickled hot peppers were harvested a number of week ago. Not ready for summer to end.

Hey not sure I need any tomatoes in my CSA box tomorrow after tonight’s backyard harvest. Well...you can’t REALLY have too many tomatoes can you??

It’s Tomato Tuesday again. I would have more to show you except I keep eating all the cherry tomatoes each day in my lunch. The beefsteaks will be ready soon. So many Romas too. Need a new sauce recipe for those this year.

Day five of and then an update on patio plants. The ones I had in earlier this season were perennials. Those were done and I planted them in the yard for next year. Added a few annuals for the next couple of months.
