A goal of mine for some time now is to build core strength! I’ve started taking away my chair back rest/support to help me reach this goal. Goals are so important, keeps us mindful of our choices each day. One small goal reached each day can get us to the big goal we truly want 💪 what are some of your goals this year? With this crazy year coming to an end and a new year and new beginnings in sight I wanted you all to know be a little better and hopefully I get to know you more as well! I’m Joel, I’m 33 and have been a trainer for the better part of 15 years now and currently certified through ISSA. I was born with a physical disability called spina bifida but despite all that I’ve learned to overcome anything life throws my way! I’ve learned a lot in life about hard work, commitment, determination and dedication 🦾🧑🏻‍🦽 train with me and we not only focus on physical strength and ability but also gaining a mental edge as well! Back at it! 💪 took some time off to heal some things up a bit. Started back today with moderately heavy chest day and 2 miles uphill cardio. If you don’t listen to your body you will go 5 steps back before one step forward 💪🦾🧑🏻‍🦽 let’s start a workin winter! Put the work in with me and let’s get ready for next summer

When I was little, it was Always said on paper that I can’t walk, probably can’t get a job, go to college, play sports, live a normal life. The good thing about things said on paper?
