Walk-Off Mustangs

We are excited to announce our partnership with Walk-Off Sports Academy! This season, we will be called the Walk-Off Mustangs.

It has been a pleasure to have our team train at Walk-Off for the past three years. It is hands down the best baseball/softball training facility in the Columbus area. Players of any age and skill level who want to improve their game should check out this excellent facility!

Despite the drama from this morning, we have some stuff to talk about!

TAYLOR WILLIS WITH HIS SECOND CAREER WIN AGAINST THE MSBL YARD GOATS!!
Taylor had everything working, pitching 4 innings of 3 run ball, striking out 5. His fastball was lively. His curveball was nasty, generating some good swing and miss.

Not only was he getting the job done on the mound, but he was also doing so at the dish and on the base paths. Taylor went 2-3, two singles, a walk, a K, and 4 STOLEN BASES!! Taylor stole every base he could, swiping 2B twice, 3B, and Home. He was ELITE.

Put it in the books y’all. Your Columbus Mustangs have their first win of the season and their first win in the teams history.
