Out of the 3 cleanses I did within the detox the castor oil definitely got me the most I’ll give an update later on everything 🫶

And remember: Today is going to be a great day ☀️
Truly so grateful, I still can’t even believe I’m able to run again honestly it’s crazy.
And I finished almost 2 minutes faster than expected, 28:37, 9:13 pace ❤️ For not running since getting pregnant June 2023 and since being diagnosed with pop at 8 weeks postpartum last April I’m so happy with that.
I’m also so insanely proud of myself, through so many tears, setbacks, doubts and SO much hard work I’m finally running again and pushing my limits and it feels so good
I wouldn’t be here without my fiancé and my PT , truly sooo grateful.
Its only just beginning 🏃♂️🏋️💪
It’s all apart of the process 😅
Just happy it’s over and I can tell I’m healing ❤️🔥
Things escalated very quickly and painfully, I felt like I was having contractions and back in labor from like 2 to 7 pm I’ll go into more detail on that though in the next video 🫶
Movement is so important even during detoxing, I didn’t do anything crazy just light weight and moved and it definitely helped
That last round was soooo hard to drink, update I went to the bathroom twice right away this morning but nothing else yet. And no pain or herx reactions yet And ending this at 9 pm I’m at about 27 hours no food only liquid and don’t feel hungry just exhausted
Longest day ever but hopeful for good results 🤞
Off to a good start! The only rough side effect I’m feeling really so far is a headache but I think that’s from no caffeine- stomach is churning but no pain. And this is so much liquid I don’t feel hungry at all Part 2 coming later
Scared to see what happens with this zen cleanse - I fear it’s going to be intense
Not for weak 🥲 If you want to do this too please look up Joshua Macins page and follow his protocol - you want to make sure you do something like this properly
It’s almost been one year since I was diagnosed with prolapse and this was our first run together as couple since me overcoming it. Derek has been the most supportive, understanding and helpful partner I could ever ask for, I truly don’t know what I’d do with out him. I’m so truly thankful and will never take movement for granted again. Months and months went by where I was depressed and truly thought I’d never be able to run or lift again. And I’m also sooooo grateful I found my pt Courtney (her ig is Thefemaleathletedoc) and within 6 months of working with her I was able to add running back in. Yes I’m quite slower than I used to but but I’m just so happy to be moving and I know I’ll be doing 7 minute miles again in no time This is your sign to never take movement for granted and if you’re struggling with prolapse as well, PLEASE take it seriously and do the work you don’t have to be miserable and you can get better ❤️🩹 I’m living proof
Salt flush was wilddddd… 😅💩 Video on that is coming soon 💨
