In 2018 I spent a whole year developing a better squat.To do that , I needed help . Dave Hoff and the night crew were willing squat on Saturday mornings with us every 6 weeks or so.
It meant so much as I couldn’t train on Friday nights, and they were willing to come in and help and squat with us.
The result was a national championship and 5 th and final pro total. It was an incredible way to go out.
This was the top set of 875 at 200 lbs bw.
