Why do I work hard in the gym?
Yes, a piece of it is to look good, I admit. But it's for so much more. I want to live well, go on adventures, play hard, be able to say yes to life. I want to keep up with my nieces and nephews and our kids when we have them. I want to have energy to love people well and be present in life. Also, it's fun to work hard and feel so dang satisfied when it's done.

I mentioned in my story that I no longer make new years resolutions. Instead, I love doing Past Year Reviews. 😁 See the start of my actual list in my story:
1. Grab a notepad and create two columns: POSITIVE and NEGATIVE.
2. Write any people, activities, or commitments that triggered peak positive or negative emotions.
3. Now ask yourself, "What 20% of each column produced the most reliable or powerful peaks?”
4. Take the POSITIVE leaders and schedule more NOW. Prepay for the activities or events. Contact your friends, etc. Get it on the calendar!
5. Take your NEGATIVE leaders, put them in the "NOT TO DO LIST" and hang it up somewhere you'll see it often for the next couple weeks to help you stay on track. Do not put them on calendar out of obligation, guilt, FOMO, etc. You have clarity now! Don't do it!
Let me know if you try this! It has helped me tremendously over the last few years to redirect my time and refocus my life. 👊
