as a girl who just wants to live her life with no restrictions but still honor my body and fuel it to grow and be strong

i’ve learned health really isn’t about looking a certain way. it’s more about how i feel day to day. my energy, my strength, my mood, and just having a normal relationship with food.

i don’t want everything to feel strict or overthought. i want to eat what i’m craving, fuel my workouts, and still enjoy going out and living my life without overthinking it.

for me, balance just means taking care of myself in a way i can actually stick to long term 🤍
