Today I will share benefits of Pomegranates. Yesterday I shared all the benefits of Chia Seeds!

As the saying goes, beauty is skin deep. But what does that really mean?

In some ways, it's just a way of saying that appearances are not the only things that matter.

And in other ways, it's an acknowledgment that our society places too much emphasis on physical appearance.

Whatever the case may be, remind to yourself frequently, that the glow comes from the inside and we should stimulate that in any and all people!

Our health and wellbeing should always be our top priority. Sometimes, we just need a little reminder of why we're making the choice we are.

So, if you find yourself at a crossroads, ask yourself this: What will support my health and wellbeing? The answer should be clear.

And once you see it, there's no turning back.

Your health and well-being are waiting for you down the path of good decisions.

Most people would agree that good health is important, but what is often overlooked is just how valuable it truly is.

Good health is the foundation upon which our lives are built, and without it, everything else quickly starts to fall apart.

We may not be able to put a price tag on good health, but that doesn't mean it isn't worth a fortune.

The ability to live a long and productive life is something that money can't buy, and it's something that we should all cherish.

Take care of your body and it will take care of you!

How do each of you track your progress? I am a firm believer in progressive overload and the benefits of heavy lifting as we are aging. We lose muscle mass as we age, so we have to combat that.
Let's make a plan, follow the plan and reap the rewards!
I personally keep track on a workout log, where I can see my past workouts and plan for the week ahead based off of results or failures.
