Wednesdays are LEG DAYS at the Garage!🔥🦵🏽
I know leg day is not everybody’s favorite, BUT I promise I make them bearable and fun with alternative exercises offered throughout the session designed to make it suitable for ALL levels!
During the workouts we'll be concentrating on the lower body, including muscles like glutes, quads, and hamstrings. We'll use squats, lunges, and deadlift combinations & occasionally incorporate mini loop bands for extra BURN!

Tomorrow is ARM DAY at the Garage!💪🏽
Join us for a 45-min Upper Body Workout to kick off your week! 👊🏽
During this class we will cover everything from the waist up! You will be guided through a variety of strength exercises targeting your upper body and core, while keeping your heart rate up with cardio intervals!
