Congratulations to our Champions and Runner-Ups this past weekend ! All the Divisions were very competitive and played some fantastic golf!

Big congrats to our winners and runner-ups from this past weekends BJGT tournament @ Royal Manchester Golf Links!

Once again some nice Spring rain dampened the course in Round 1 but the players fought hard to some great scores. Round 2 was a nice beautiful day on the links. Thank you to the players, parents and Royal Manchester for a great weekend!

BJGT Player of the Week
Braydon Brawner, 2029, Manchester, MD

Braydon Brawner earns POW honors for us this week. Braydon was a model of consistency in some very harsh weather this weekend, leading the tournament with 24 Pars. Braydon’s back-to-back Birdies on Holes 5-6 in Round 2 helped him heat 🔥 up on a cold 🥶 day. Those 2 Birdies 🐦 🐦 were the end of a fantastic 7-hole Bogey-Free-Streak that went from Hole-18 in Round 1 (also a Birdie 🐦) to Hole-6 in Round 2. Braydon’s accuracy was pinpoint throughout the tournament and that showed with his Even Par finish on the Par-3’s. Congratulations on a fantastic Champion finish Braydon and for earning a seat into the Qualifier!

Congratulations to our Champions and Runner-Ups at this past weekend’s Gettysburg Junior Golf Shootout . The players battled the rain in Round 1 and the cold in Round 2 and still came in with some great scores!

Jack Kerrigan, Ashburn, VA, 2027
Jack was our Player of the Week out at Twin Lakes 2 weeks ago. Jack was able to win the Division in a well contested playoff. Jack led the field with 22 Pars or Better. Jack was amazing on the Par-4’s in the tournament leading the field by 5-Strokes. Jack’s 5-hole bogey-free-streak in Round 1, on a day where winds were swirling at 35 MPH, was enough to come out of the gates strong and lead him to victory!

Hayden Thatcher, Boonsboro, MD, 2029
Hayden Thatcher earns BJGT POW honors this week with his great performance at Range End GC. Hayden led the Division with 10 Birdies. Hayden’s -4 on the Back-9 at Range End was enough to lead his Division by 10 strokes. Hayden’s back-to-back Birdies on Holes 10-11 in Round 1 set him up a quarter way thru the tournament for a great finish. Congratulations to Hayden on being named BJGT’s POW for our Season Opener!

The BJGT 2025 Season came to a close yesterday with our 5th Annual Buckeye Cup!

Team Red finally pulled out the Win after a long 5 years. Players on both teams played fantastic in this match play tournament. It was a close race throughout with Team Red pulling away.

The Buckeye Cup finally gets to come back to Ohio after spending years in Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Pennsylvania and 2 years in Maryland

Thank you to everyone who joined us in any capacity this past season including Players, Parents, Grandparents, Siblings, Host Courses, Course Staff, Interns and everyone in between. We truly do these tournaments for the smiles at the end of events.

Look out for our 2026 Schedule coming out sometime in December. We hope to see everyone on Tour in 2026!
