The best way to go from THIS ➡️ to THIS?
Stop guessing in the gym and start using progressive overload.
Most people think they’re training hard enough, but their workouts aren’t actually forcing their body to adapt. Here’s the quick breakdown:
Progressive overload = gradually increasing the challenge on your muscles over time so they have no choice but to grow.
That can mean:
📈 Adding more weight to the bar
📈 Doing more reps with the same weight
📈 Adding an extra set
📈 Increasing time under tension (slower reps)
Quick win:
Next time you hit the gym, take one exercise you’ve been doing for weeks and add just 1–2 more reps than last time, or 2.5–5 lbs more weight.
Do that every week, and watch your body change.
I went from 160 lbs to 190 lbs of solid muscle by sticking to this principle — and you can too.
