Go Deeper
Yin yoga isn’t about doing more. It’s about learning what happens when you finally slow down.
Unlike faster-paced yoga styles, Yin invites you to stay in poses for longer periods of time. That gives you the opportunity to notice what you’re feeling, breathe through sensation, and practice being present rather than constantly moving on to the next thing.
And honestly? That can be harder than it sounds.
🧘♀️ Longer holds can help you explore deeper physical sensations and create space in the body.
🧠 Staying with those sensations gives you a chance to practice mindfulness and quiet some of the mental chatter.
✨ And that ability to slow down, notice, and breathe? It’s a skill you can take with you far beyond your yoga mat.
That’s the heart of Deep Mindful Transformation with Jason, a yin-inspired experience designed to help you tune into your body, find a deeper meditative state, and create space for healing and transformation.

If you’ve been feeling mentally drained, distracted, or stuck in your head lately, there’s a reason for it, and it’s more common than you think.
In yoga, we often look at the body through the lens of the chakra system, seven energy centers that influence how we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. Two of these, the Third Eye and Crown Chakras, are especially connected to clarity, intuition, and your sense of inner peace.
The Third Eye Chakra is associated with perception and insight: how clearly you’re able to “see” situations and trust your judgment.
The Crown Chakra relates to awareness and connection, helping you feel grounded, present, and aligned in your life.
When these areas are out of balance, it can show up as:
• Overthinking or mental overwhelm
• Difficulty making decisions
• Feeling disconnected or unsure of yourself
• Constantly being “in your head”
When they’re supported, you may notice:
• Clearer thinking and focus
• A stronger sense of intuition
• More ease in decision-making
• A deeper feeling of calm and connection
The key is that balance doesn’t come from forcing clarity, it comes from creating space for it.
Practices like mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection can help quiet the noise and bring you back to yourself in a really simple, accessible way.

Instead of asking yourself, "How can I do more?" try asking yourself
"How can I make it easier to show up?"
Maybe that means scheduling one class a week instead of 4.
Maybe it means choosing a class you'll actually look forward to instead of the hardest one.
Maybe it means giving yourself permission to keep it simple.
Because here's what we've learned in 15 years of teaching yoga in Columbus:
The best routine isn't the most ambitious one.
It's the one that fits your life.
Not the other way around 💙
✨ Ready to start? Your first 4 classes are just $40.
