Get LOW!
Here’s why you should be squatting deeper:

1. Deep squats (120–140° knee flexion) lead to greater muscle growth in the quads, glutes, and adductors than shallow or half squats (60–90°).

2. You’ll improve your strength in a greater range of motion which has tremendous carryover to other squat variations.

3. Very minimal weight is needed to build muscle when squatting deeply.

4. Full depth squats increase the strength of the lower back and with you not needing to go as heavy they are all-around safer to perform.

If you’re not going all the way down on your back squats, lighten the weight and focus on your technique. It’ll pay off huge in the long run.😉

In this current moment in time, with so much uncertainty and chaos around us; the worst thing we can do is be afraid. Now is the time to be strong and have faith! It’s easy to be negative and complain when things aren’t going our way. But how many of us are like Christ and asleep in the midst of the storm?

Peace be still... that’s all... Meditate on the good and simply embrace where you are in this season and appreciate it. Know that you are just passing through and it will not last forever.

I’m experiencing trials right now in my personal life and I need the peace of God to get me through. He is the only one who can calm my strife and bring me true peace. Be encouraged people and trust God. Remain strong because there is nothing we can’t handle or overcome! Peace be still. In Jesus Name!🙏🏽

7️⃣MINDEST tips to remember when facing obstacles:

🧘🏽‍♂️“No matter what happens, everything will be ok.”

- Sometimes we get overwhelmed and worked up about things that don’t matter as much as we’d like to think. Keep it simple and relax. Rely on God and know that ultimately He is in control. Everything will be just fine.

⏱“All things, including pain is temporary. So endure til the end and finish what you started.”

- You will thank yourself one day for not quitting on your dreams and goals when you finally see them come to fruition but if you quit now they’ll forever remain a fragment of your imagination.

🧱“Success is BUILT on failure.”

- Never be scared to fail. It’s part of the process. Failing doesn’t mean you suck or that it’s not for you, it just means you’re actually trying and you should keep trying until you get it right.

💭“Success comes to those who become SUCCESS CONSCIOUS.”

- Creating success consciousness is simply about moving towards a higher way of living starting from the inside out. You must start to view yourself as success worthy before you can ever achieve it.

🔐“We are the Masters of OUR own Fate, the captains of our own souls, because we have the POWER to control our thoughts.”

- We master out destiny by mastering our thoughts.

- Belief in God and in yourself if the main thing that will push you beyond your limits. If we’re going to be OVERCOMERS in life it starts and ends with faith. Never stop believing and you’ll never stop overcoming!
