The kids have so much fun and make great friends while building skills that will help@them in and out of the gym! And our instructors are SO GREAT!

Congratulations to the entire fight team that competed this past weekend at the U.S. Open! Several amazing fights and victories with four fighters going into the championship and 2 bringing home the belt. Major congratulations to .doodle and for their new national championship title. Congratulations to for fighting with their whole hearts until the end. We showed up with a winning team and 25 people all the way from our little gym to Phoenix, Arizona to cheer us all on. Huge thank you to the great corner men .hauck who are the best I could for period.

It’s the way we have fun.

As summer comes to a close, I can’t help but remember the awesome beginning. We took a small team of 8 to the TBAs Muay Thai Nationals and left with 5 belts, 6 champions and lifelong memories. I am so proud of each member of this team for all the heart and drive, respect and humility, honor and love they displayed every single second come victory or loss. We were all carried on the shoulders of many, school support, family support, coaches and training partners. A very special thank you to the camp trainers and cornermen that gave endlessly to the entire fight team. Also a huge thank you to the for a first class tournament and for taking the time to review championship match-putting counter fighting on the map. We were honored and grateful to be a part of this unparalleled event these past years.

Many fighters, Krus and coaches have had to take a pause during these unpredictable times but it’s another reminder that fighting doesn’t last forever and we must cherish every time and every moment we get to walk through those ropes. It’s always a gift.
