NO SUBSTITUTE FOR DIET and EXERCISE...those shots have multiple side effects, smh

- Power Yoga
- Trigger point ( yoga block, tennis ball, dumbbell)
Even taught 1 lady how to release her adductor with a 4lb medicine ball
The level I go to sometimes is higher than most can see 😏
Why do people continue to do overhead tricep extensions? It looks silly.There are only about 1,000 better options 🤷
Just taught a group of people " tennis ball " trigger point release techniques... they applauded at the end, walked out feeling better than they walked in
Guys walks in complaining of low back and hip flexor pain/stiffness. Released trigger points in quad, tfl, glute medius, 4 total
He's no longer in pain 💪
