With our Metabolic Resistance Training you will be doing circuits that are full body workouts with an emphasis on one of the power lifts. You will get a personal training program and do your own individualized warm up every time you come in. We will also test you to see what level your fitness is at and periodically test you again. What was your best game ever? I'll go first best soccer game 5 goals, best indoor soccer game 5 goals, best Australian Rules Football game 5 goals, best basketball game 20 points in 2 and a half quarters without missing a shot before the game was called because the other teams coach yelled at the ref so much, best hockey game 1 game winning goal with a few seconds left to put us in the playoffs, best baseball game a game winning rbi double off Kaheim to win the senior league championship when I was 14.

Do you have any specific fitness goals? If you do you are much more likely to reach it than if you do not have a goal. A few fitness goals I have achieved are a 300 pound pullup, 300 pound bench, 500 pound box squat, 500 plus pound hex bar deadlift, 700 pound rack pull, 500 plus pound carry, 100 pound circus dumbbell press, 27 pullups in a row, and the most impressive to me ran 2 miles in 12:30 and done 17 handstand push-ups in a row. If you do I might be able to help you.

What podcasts if any do you listen to? The only ones I have ever gotten into are John Lee Dumas`s Entrepreneur on Fire and Lewis Howe`s School of Greatness. I need to listen to them more!

50 reps 5 warmup exercises, 15 squats, 5 sets of 5 incline dumbbell bench, 1 arm rows , sumo deadlifts, 1 arm presses, unless, and 30 ab raises for 420 reps! Happy 420! This proves one does not have to be a stoner to celebrate 420! Message me if you are ready to get stronger.

One of my favorite training systems that I have not done for a while is my modified superhero program. It is loosely based on the 6 weeks to Superhero program by Christian Thibadeau olfrom Testosterone Nation. My plan basically takes a movement and has a warmup or light weight high rep exercise, a strength exercise, and a power exercise. 2 to 4 rounds. So it might be a goblet squat for 15, a barbell squat for 8, squat jumps till power dissipates.

Awesome toys that my gym Jackhammer Strength Training has that the mega corporate gyms with millions of dollars worth of equipment probably do not have fan resistance rowing machine, airdyne bike, farmers handles, yoke, atlas stones, viking press, double landmine for simulated car deadlifts, big tires, wobble board, heavy resistance bands, and rolling thunder grip toys.

If the world embraced getting stronger as much as it does to lose weight I would be thriving. I have been a personal trainer for 17 years and do not like to help people lose weight. I like to help people feel better about their lives through lifting heavy s**t , doing metabolic workout, and doing more variety of exercises than most people realize exist.
