This past weekend , lead fitter from partnered with with to talk about our respective view of biomechanics in cycling, bike fit, hip, pelvic and spinal health hosted . So much fun, such a cool facility. Sure feels like we should do it again.

Stoked to be partnering with for a public-facing Cycling Workshop. I’m going to be covering some basics of how to evaluate your own riding position, we’ll talk about some challenging rider cases and pain patterns, and we’ll be talking about strength and seasonal maintenance that we should ALL be doing off the bike. Whole lot of talk in the media about how aero bikes have become and who’s faster, blah blah blah. We’d like to remind you that the rider is still the largest contributor of drag.
