It’s not Tuesday but I couldn’t wait until Tuesday to Applaud transformation 🔥🌱🥳 CONGRATS 🥂.
She spoke on having more energy to do the things she usually would look past throughout her day💪🏽.
The biggest thing I noticed internally was she was operating (decision making) from a clear space. Its a lot of positivity around us even in the midst of the ugly, it’s our job to see and choose it. I’m so happy for you and grateful for your impact you’ve had on me!!

•Be mindful of what we’re exposing your minds too. The mind works unconsciously a lot, logging a lot of the things we watch and listen too. This is dangerous when we use it to our advantage 📚.

Vegan meals 🥑.
-This past August while I was living in Europe, I challenged myself to go vegan for 30 days. Surprisingly, I felt lighter and better then ever. (Europe has some of the freshest fruits and vegetables ever 🔥)
-This wasn’t something that I prepped for though so I had limited to no knowledge about that type of diet. I didn’t have a lot of recipes I just kept it simple. I noticed that I lacked energy and protein intake throughout the 30 days 🥬.
-These few ideas and meals I wish I had a few months ago, but I hope it helps you 🍃. If you’re vegan or vegetarian, comment some of your favorite meals or snacks 🥦.
