We see it every day. Kids come in unsure, lacking coordination, core strength, and confidence in their movement.

Congrats to our SpotFam Members for February, Eva DeHays and Jon Kaplan! Our coaches nominate clients and athletes who make The Spot better through their drive to improve, dedication, and positive energy.

Eva has been training with us since last April. Since then, she has been incredibly constant. She shows up 3 times a week to put in the work and do it with a smile! We've loved seeing the growth Eva has made over the past 10 months in our Semi-Private Speed & Strength group! We can't wait to see what more she can do!

As a competitive golfer, Jon has crushed 228 training sessions in the last three years. Even navigating becoming a new dad, Jon's commitment to training, curiosity around sport science, and overall willingness to go hard in training has made him the obvious nomination for MVP this month!

New dad Scott brought in his beautiful boy, Lou, as a training partner last week! Scott is teaching Louis what hard work looks like at a young age! This is "life-ready" training in action :)
