Weight-bearing exercise has been found to reduce joint pain caused by arthritis and to improve physical function. The better shape muscles are in, the better they're able to protect joints from shock.

Good morning!

I love my little man, and he loves me too (even though he is trying to avoid a sweaty hug!😅)

It feels so 💥great💥to be done with that killer workout and hug him right afterwards. Now... time to handle his many demands. Happy Monday!
