I know many of us feel a bit lost and uncertain about our life path and what the future holds. One of the tools I use regularly is spending quiet time in nature to feed my soul. Nature helps us to see and appreciate the beauty everywhere, the natural rhythms and cycles of life. Mother Earth shows us how to be still, trust and connect with our heart energy. ❤️
Some of you aren’t able to go into nature at this time but you can shower love on your pet(s)or care for your indoor plants and gardens. As you nurture them watch them flourish and feel your heart open.
Breathe to the rhythm of your heart, feel the beauty and wonder of nature and Gaia herself. The natural birth death cycle continues despite the chaos. This can bring comfort to our fear of the unknown. When you’re grounded, inspired with a heart wide open, your soul path will unfold.

Yes, the unknown can be a scary place. It challenges our beliefs, identities, possibly our very existence.
Bear medicine teaches us the power of introspection. In times of distress, uncertainty and fear we have the opportunity to enter the safety of the “womb-cave” like the Bear when it hibernates to rest and restore. It’s said that “many tribes have called this space of inner-knowing the Dream Lodge, where the death of the illusion of physical reality overlays the expansiveness of eternity.”
Taking this quiet time gives us the chance to connect to our inner knowing, our powerful intuitive wisdom. We don’t need others to give us answers because the answers to our questions reside within us. Once we experience this, our fear dissipates and our courage and trust expands. Sending light and love to all.❤️

In times of uncertainty, the best remedy is to remember your own power, the power of your thoughts.
You can choose to believe ALL the negative stories swarming around you OR you can refuse to become controlled by them.
When you tap into your heart and envision positive images in your mind like a movie screen (only you’re the creator, director and editor), you will have a direct positive impact in your life and in the world itself. Just think if we all practiced this together, just like the power of group prayer. It works!
Remember the power of your mind, remember the power of love itself.
