To anyone who wants to do the Murph but dont believe you are ready yet

Don't let the magnitude of what the Murph is keep you from coming this Sunday.

We can modify, assist or even shorten based on where you feel you are at. This is your race.

There is something incredible about doing something difficult together. I promise you will be so proud of yourself for showing up and you will have a community behind you that will be just as proud

This Memorial day weekend on Sunday at 10am

No Surrender Barbell, RFIT and the Phoenix will come together to host the MURPH workout as it is a staple in many gyms to honor our fallen soldiers and vets.

Phoenix members register through the Newform app

RFIT will sign up through the gym.

Lets do this!!!

1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

Unfortunately, there will be no RFIT this Sunday as we take time to celebrate and honor all of the amazing moms and mother figures in our lives for Mother’s Day.

We hope all of our members spend the day surrounded by family, love, support, and moments that matter most. Thank you to all of the strong mothers in our community who continue to inspire resilience, compassion, and strength every single day.

Enjoy the holiday, celebrate your people, and we’ll see everyone back at RFIT next week. 💙
